Jessika A. Graham focuses her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring, complex business litigation, and creditors' rights. Jessika represents bankruptcy trustees in their administration of individual and corporate Chapter 7 debtor cases including all aspects of analyzing and reconstructing financial records, liquidating non-exempt assets of the bankruptcy debtor, and the avoidance of transfers and preferences through bankruptcy litigation. She also advises and represents individual debtors and creditors in relation to their rights in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
Outside the courtroom, Jessika enjoys yoga, cooking and traveling. She was born in Miami, Florida.

In re Migon – Represented Chapter 7 Trustee of the bankruptcy estate in litigating claimed homestead exemption, validity of the Debtors’ spendthrift trusts, and preference/fraudulent transfer actions against insiders.
In re E-Brands Restaurants, LLC, et al – Defended creditor against avoidance actions brought in Chapter 11 adversary proceeding.
In re Kendall Nuclear Medicine, Inc. – Represented Chapter 7 Trustee in the liquidation of large medical facility.
In re Cili – Represented Chapter 7 Trustee in litigation of bankruptcy exemption issues relating to retirement income and whole life insurance policy distributions.
